The International Court of Justice will deliver the long-awaited Advisory Opinion on State Obligations in Relation to Climate Change on Wednesday, 23 July 2025, at 3pm CEST/9am NY time/ 1am Fiji time in The Hague, the Netherlands.

We will be hosting a Big Push—Big Tent Mobilization Session: “ICJAO—People’s Case for Climate Justice.” Join us to learn what is happening on the day and how you can be involved.

A few days after the delivery, we will host a hybrid unpacking session with colleagues on the ground in the Hague for our partners around the world to help them start to make sense of what we expect to be a rich Advisory Opinion. More information will follow, so stay tuned!
