After years of excellent and superb support building World’s Youth for Climate Justice’s Caribbean front, our current Caribbean Front Lead Ashawnté Russell is handing over the torch to a new stubborn optimist who wants to take the climate change ICJ advisory opinion’s implementation forward and contribute to our global mission of advincing climate ambition and accountability – and this could be you or someone you know!

We are the team that took climate justice to the world’s highest court, and we are only getting started! It requires a global movement for integration and implementation of the ICJ advisory opinion on climate change across all countries and all levels. The Caribbean, which has been leading in advocating for climate justice and climate reparations, will play a crucial role in enhancing global ambition and accountability.
